We do not bill insurance. Instead, we offer a monthly membership that allows us to provide all inclusive comprehensive care without rushed visits or surprise bills. Many families find they save on urgent care visits and receive better access to care with this model.

Yes, we recommend maintaining insurance to cover services outside of your Happy Soul membership, such as hospital care, specialist visits, labs, imaging, and medications. Insurance also provides coverage for catastrophic care in case of emergencies or unexpected major medical needs, while your membership ensures you have personalized, accessible primary care whenever you need it.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept Medicare patients due to Medicare regulations. This is Illegal and there are no exceptions to this rule.

First, schedule a discovery call with our membership advisor. During this time you will learn more about Happy Soul and we can mutually determine if the practice is the best fit for your family. Afterward, we will guide you through a simple enrollment process so you can begin care seamlessly.

Your membership includes wellness exams, acute care visits, priority scheduling, discounted IV and IM therapy, direct texting with your provider, extended visits, and proactive care for wellness and illness needs. It’s designed to give you peace of mind and immediate support.

Membership fees are paid automatically on a month-to-month basis using your credit card on file in your patient portal. This keeps your membership active without the need to manually pay each month, ensuring seamless access to your care.

Yes, many families use HSA or FSA funds to pay for their Happy Soul membership. We recommend checking with your plan to understand any specific qualifications or limitations. Because our membership is all-inclusive, we provide a monthly invoice but do not offer itemized superbills.

We understand the need for quick care, but at Happy Soul, we believe the best care comes from a trusted, ongoing relationship. For this reason, we do not offer one-time visits for non-members. Our membership model allows us to provide personalized, accessible care whenever your family needs support.

As a member of Happy Soul, you have direct access to your provider, even after hours. You can text or call for urgent concerns, and your provider will guide you on the best next steps, giving you peace of mind when you need it most.

We will notify families in advance of planned absences and how to proceed. We may still remain accessible via email, phone, and text during our absence.
