First, schedule a complimentary virtual Meet & Greet with Dr. Kay or Kevin, FNP. During this time you will learn more about Happy Soul and we can mutually determine if the practice is the best fit for your family.
After the Meet & Greet, we can set up your membership, so you can quickly enjoy the benefits of being a part of the Happy Soul Family!

Happy Soul is built on continuity of care. Therefore, we do not offer one time sick or wellness visits. You need to be a member of the practice in order to receive care.

We are here when you need us!
Easy, reliable access: You can contact your provider directly via the patient portal, text, phone call, or video chat; No answering services!
Same day/next day appointments are available and included in the membership. Avoid urgent care, and ER visits *where applicable, as some may require emergent medical attention and intervention*

Unfortunately not, membership fees are not HSA/FSA qualified.
However, any member can continue to contribute to an HSA (as long as they are also enrolled in a qualified insurance plan), and they can use their HSA/FSA for any out-of-pocket medical expenses; such as labs, imaging, prescriptions, etc.

We recommend that everyone have some type of major medical insurance to cover catastrophic events such as ER visits (although it is our aim to decrease these occurrences); hospitalizations, and surgeries/procedures; some insurance plans also cover medications, specialist referrals and imaging services.
Your membership covers all your preventative and acute care needs. Therefore, if desired, families can opt to choose a more affordable, high deductible insurance plan. For further insight please contact a representative from your insurance company for more information.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept Medicare patients due to Medicare regulations. This is Illegal and there are no exceptions to this rule.

We will notify families in advance of planned absences and how to proceed. We may still remain accessible via email, phone, and text during our absence. However, in the event that we will not be able to go out to your home, we will work with you to coordinate care.

Recurring monthly membership fees are charged to the credit card that is connected to your patient portal.
